About the Team

We’re seeking an exceptional NetSuite Systems Analyst to join our Finance data systems team under the Finance platform team. NetSuite Systems Analyst exists to support the Finance System Manager and help design and maintain operation and control of the company’s finance systems and related data integration workflows. The NetSuite Systems Analyst will partner with stakeholders throughout Accounting and Finance to identify opportunities to more effectively use our systems, propose solutions, and implement enhancements and new technologies. The ideal candidate will have a high propensity for problem solving. They will be able to gather stakeholders’ ideas and concerns and propose feasible solutions that effectively address the issues at scale, as well as implement solutions in a timely manner. This role will work closely with the ERP & Finance Systems Manager, outside manage service providers, and the Accounting team.

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support and training to NetSuite users

• Build and manage integrations between Opendoor’s suite of SaaS applications including Netsuite, Workday, Expensify and Coupa, as well as outside vendors like Wells Fargo

• Understand business problems and design, or modify existing, software solutions that solve the problem and scale with the business

• Monitor and maintain NetSuite platform (system performance, scheduled jobs, and integrations)

• Audit, manage and be able to control master data sanitization, errors, and updates (e.g. mass updates, CSV, scripted updates, etc.).

• Lead technical process improvement projects. Gather business requirements, set and manage timelines, design and facilitate UAT, and develop user training materials

• Partner with the Finance Engineering team to support internally developed software initiatives and integrate internal solutions into NetSuite and other finance systems

• Key team member in systems security & SOX compliance

Skills Needed:

• Deep expertise with NetSuite, including using APIs to integrate external systems with NetSuite

• Understanding and experience with with SQL

• 3+ years supporting business systems. Demonstrated ability to present efficient and scalable solutions to business problems

• Desire to work in a fast growing, exciting and agile business

• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to details and timelines

• High aptitude for problem solving and solution design

• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely; able to lead discovery interviews to understand business problems and desired outcomes

Bonus Points if:

• Accounting operations background

• NetSuite Certifications preferred

• Experience in a public company and SOX compliant environment
