Hundreds of companies and thousands of people have used Reonomy in New York City over the last few years. We expanded our product from NYC to the rest of the country in December of 2016. We’ve spent the last few months getting customer feedback, quickly iterating, and onboarding our first few hundred national users onto the platform. We are now ready to add fuel to the fire, and are looking for a revenue operations leader to build a strong operational infrastructure. You will partner with marketing, sales, client success, and finance to drive a variety of projects and initiatives.


You have experience building operations from the ground up: either at a Seed/Series A SaaS company or by launching a new product or territory at a larger SaaS company.
You are proficient in solving problems with technology and have experience with salesforce, email automation software, sales engagement platforms, billing platforms, and business intelligence tools.
You’re analytical. You can reach insightful, actionable answers quickly.
You know how to identify areas for improvement in sales process and structure, and proactively drive change.
You learn on your feet quickly. You love the fast pace of a high-growth start up environment, and are excited by continual iteration.
You understand how to build strategy and execute with buy-in from multiple departments.
You have strong communication skills, are highly organized, and can juggle working on multiple projects at once.

Develop & Optimize Processes: Analyze existing processes and build new processes to allow the business to efficiently operate and grow.
Establish and maintain a core set of business metrics for sales performance: activity, funnel, conversion, and profitability metrics .
Work with our SVP of Sales and Marketing to build our revenue forecasts and implement an operational cadence around forecasting.This includes ensuring department goals are met on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
Strategy: Decide which projects the team should prioritize, and set an aggressive timeline to reach goals.
Oversee technical projects including tool implementation, CRM maintenance, and integrations.
Perform strategic analyses on competitive trends, sales team performance, and product-specific performance.
Run day to day revenue operations, including but not limited to: commission reporting, technology testing, and sales/marketing channel testing.
Develop Revenue Operations team audits and controls to ensure reported data to Sales and Executive teams is accurate.


Minimum 5 years SaaS operations or consulting experience
Bachelor's degree
Self-starter/leader with ability to own projects from initial question development to completion
Results driven, able to work in fast paced environment and wear many hats
Willing to roll-up your sleeves
Flexible, willing to accept business and technology change
Ability to articulate in both written and oral presentations the concepts, needs, and goals for every aspect of day to day operations
Ability to simultaneously maintain a big picture view while being detail oriented
