As the Manager, Strategy & Operations, you will be part of the team launching and scaling our sales organization from the ground up. You’ll play a unique role at the intersection of finance and operations- forecasting our capacity and launching operational systems to support our sales and support teams.

You have the ability to understand the company’s financial model and strategic goals, while also being an adept operator. Ideally, you have experience in developing forecasts and requirements for technology systems for a retail, e-commerce, and/or technology business.

Partner with sales leadership to establish and implement key performance metrics and provide improvement insight
Lead efforts to forecast our headcount capacity across geographies and sales functions
Partner with sales leadership to develop, forecast, and monitor our incentive compensation model
Work with members of our data science and engineering teams to develop and implement new tools like lead scoring model

You have 7 to 12 years years across roles in strategic planning and/or operational roles in support of sales efforts
Familiarity with SQL and other data tools (Looker, Tableau, etc)
You have Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
You have excellent problem solving and analytical skills
You have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
You have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust with an Executive team
You have strong management skills, experience building and developing a team
You’re highly self-motivated, have a stellar work ethic and you’re looking for the right company to support your growth
You have a willingness to travel to our sales hub in PHX a few times per month while we scale operations
Above all else you are bright, kind and goal-oriented
Who you’ll work with:

Bobby Tulsiani- Bobby leads our business partnering finance and strategy function. He previously was a Director at Netflix where focused on subscriber forecasting, P&L management, business analytics, and other strategic initiatives .

Olivier Belzile- Olivier leads our corporate finance and strategy function. He previously was a Director at Zenefits where he worked on multiple groups including operations excellence and business insights.
