The Role:
As a Closing Manager you will lead customers through each step of the home buying process, monitoring progress from contract acceptance through close of escrow to ensure a smooth and stress-free buying or selling process.

Oversee all aspects of the transaction from executed purchase agreement to closing.
Coordinate title/escrow, mortgage loan and appraisal processes.
Coordinate inspections, assist in negotiations regarding repairs, and coordinate completion of repairs.
Regularly update & maintain communication with clients, agents, title officer, and other parties.
