We’re looking to add another member to our Dallas team! The Home Quality Lead plays a major role in the overall presentability of our homes. You’ll work with our customers, our vendors, and various Opendoor teams, including those in our San Francisco headquarters.

As the Home Quality Lead, you will be responsible for inventory quality/presentability by supporting the Renovations Project Managers and facilitating communication across various teams and departments. The team will leverage your organizational skills, attention to detail, and decision-making strengths to enhance Opendoor’s already exceptional product, taking it to the next level.


Hiring, on-boarding, and training of the Home Quality Technicians(HQT’s)
Ensure the HQT’s are calibrated on our home standards
Communicating program wide announcements / changes(e.g., product changes) and facilitating rollouts.
Conduct in-home qualitycontrol audits
Manage HQT compensation
Inventory management
Be a thought leader on identifying areas of improvement to streamline processes

2+ years experience in real estate/construction
Background in logistics, operations, or project management
Strong technical and verbal communications skills
2+ years in people management
Bachelor’s degree or greater
