Listing Agent, Marketplace at Opendoor
Phoenix, AZ, US
We’re on a mission to change residential real estate transactions nationwide by bringing world class software, data science, and design to an inveterate industry. We’ve built an exceptional team, raised over $300 million from top-notch investors, and buy and sell more than $100 million in homes per month. We’re growing fast and looking for new team members who want to get in on the ground floor of an industry-changing movement.

Listing Agents at Opendoor:
Our Listing Agents work with buyers’ agents to represent Opendoor within the agent community and help facilitate a seamless home buying experience for agents and the clients they represent.

Marketplace Team:
Marketplace is a new business unit within Opendoor that reports directly to the CEO. The Listing Agent role is a new role within the Marketplace team that will drive Marketplace growth through new listing agreements. As the face of the Marketplace team and the primary point of contact for all Marketplace customers, this role will also drive the Marketplace brand. Given the importance of this new role within a new team, we are looking for the best of the best. Those who can and will go above and beyond for their clients. Those with a passion and hunger for real estate. And those with a dedication, work ethic and ability to not just accept change but to embrace it in order to get this new business unit off the ground. While there are hundreds of thousands of listing agents across the country, it is our expectation that those who fill this role will be in the top 1/10th of 1% of all listing agents nationwide. That means unparalleled service combined with helping to build out a world-class foundation and system to support our growing network of agents. It also means rethinking various parts of the “model” to enable a system that supports not just unparalleled service but the ability for each listing agent to service an unparalleled number of clients at one time. This role carries tremendous responsibility, expectations and work with atypical hours. It is not for the faint of heart, those who are not okay with uncertainty and change and for those who are not ready to sign up for a large challenge. For those who are, however, it means the opportunity to change an industry.
