The Role

Our People team combines human-centered design practices and analytical rigor to develop innovative solutions grounded in our employees needs and aspirations. We’re seeking an exceptional Senior HR Leader to help us build & grow this kind of employee centered high-impact organization. This person will create, implement and lead employee centered initiatives across our 3 (and growing) markets to drive business results and an engaging employee experience. This role reports directly to the Head of People.
