Opendoor is looking for an Office Manager to join the People Operations team. We are eager to find an organized, creative thinker to support us in building a successful Workplace environment for our employees! You will be responsible for day-to-day office operations and assisting with strategic and operational support for our Workplace Strategy.

You have at least 2-3 years of Office Management + Workplace experience
Excellent communicator, both written and verbal
You love to surprise and delight people

Own space planning, including frequent seating rearrangements; assist with build out of expansion office space
Ensure employee happiness with their work environment, especially for meals catering and office maintenance
Manage vendors and contractors: planning for, purchasing, and upkeep of workstations, furniture, food program and employee supplies
Act as primary liaison between the company and office building management(e.g., repairs, building code compliance, etc.)
Maintain the overall cleanliness and organization of the office
Work with other People Operations team members on the following:
Onboarding of new hires
Planning and coordinating activities and events(e.g., team outings, company parties, in-office events, etc.)
