We’re looking for a National Security Manager who will oversee the safety and security of our facilities, our fleet and our customers’ belongings. This role reports to the Director of Operations and requires significant travel (50%+)

Responsibilities:

Create a comprehensive security and emergency plan for consistent use across all Clutter facilities
Lead the implementation of the security plan and ongoing monitoring and compliance efforts
Recommend and act as the main point of contact for 3rd party security vendors
Review Clutter’s standard operating procedures to ensure compliance with security plan
Respond to security incidents in a timely manner (nights and weekends may be required)
Conduct, supervise and prepare reports relating to internal investigations of any losses or violations of security regulations, policies and procedures

Experience:

Bachelor’s Degree from a top university
5+ years of loss prevention/security experience
Proven ability to develop and successfully execute strategic security plans and quickly adapt to change as required by events
Previous experience with training and maintenance of safety and security standards
Previous experience with industrial security system implementation
Experience with and familiarity with OSHA standards
Certified Safety Professional (CSP) is a plus
Strong work ethic and ability to communicate cross-functionally
