Office Manager at Mixmax

At Mixmax, our mission is to do the impossible with email: to make it as rich, interactive, and developer-friendly as the web. We’re looking for an Office Manager to build our culture and care about the details as the company grows.
Responsibilities

Ensure everyone on the team has the workstation supplies and setup they need to be happy and productive.
Own the condition of the office: keep it tidy, handle maintenance issues, and manage the space as we grow.
Keep the team fed with healthy snacks, drinks, and occasional lunches and treats.
Coordinate recruiting activities and manage on-site job interviews and other guests.
Onboard new hires with equipment, systems, and Mixmax swag.
Plan events including recruiting parties, rooftop happy hours, team-building offsites, and our annual holiday brunch.
Coordinate our upcoming move.
Anticipate office needs and adapt as the company grows.
Ensure that customers pay our invoices on time, and we pay our bills on time.
