What you’ll be doing:

Hire, train and manage a Care team
Empower Care agents and provide active day-to-day coaching
Implement Clutter’s national processes and policies to deliver 5-star service
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business strategy
Analyze key performance indicators to increase efficiency

Here are the kinds of skills we’re looking for:

Bachelor’s degree from a top university
3+ years of Customer Service/Support or Operations management experience
Entrepreneurial: act like an owner and make decisions as such
Intelligent: solve problems creatively using the resources that are available to you
Diligent: obsess over the data and details
