Project Manager at Clutter

Clutter’s Operations team is looking for a Project Manager to help enhance business value by managing and driving projects. This includes the meticulous planning, coordination, and tracking of projects that will drive operational efficiencies and change within the company. In this role, you’ll work cross-functionally with all levels of the organization to ensure that all deliverables are completed on time and all stakeholders are engaged as needed.

Primary Duties

Define project specifications, assess requirements, and identify bottlenecks
Create detailed project plans with clear deadlines and deliverables
Coordinate internal resources and/or third parties for the flawless execution of projects
Track progress and work across departments to ensure projects are completed on-time and on-budget
Provide timely status and risk reports to executive team

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree from a top university
1-2 years of work experience preferred
Experience managing complex projects with a variety of stakeholders
