Build and manage a team of People Advocates
Empower a nation-wide workforce to do its best work
Collaborate cross-functionally with leaders and hiring managers to drive strategy
Implement People initiatives, processes and policies nationally
Analyze key performance indicators for better decision-making across the business


Education: Bachelor’s degree from a top university (MBA or graduate degree preferred)
Work Experience: 5+ years of HR experience
Low-ego: Energetic team player with willingness to roll up your sleeves
Communication: Excellent communication skills
Passion: Ability to tirelessly advocate for people
