Online Marketing Manager at TrackR

Join the TrackR team as Online Marketing Manager. You will be tasked with managing the organic online marketing at TrackR, analyzing the data from a variety of channels to guide the online strategy of TrackR, working on strategic online spends, and working directly with the CEO and the VP of Marketing to rapidly grow the TrackR brand.

Must be a team player
Must have excellent communication skills and leadership skills
Must have prior experience managing online advertising spends
Must have excellent math and analysis skills
Must have experience working with analytics software
Must be willing to work in Downtown Santa Barbara Office (1.5 miles from the Beach)
Preferred to have experience with Google Analytics and/or KISS metrics
Preferred to have experience running ads on social media and search
Preferred to have experience running retargeting campaigns
Preferred to have experience working with affiliates
Preferred to have experience working on email campaigns
