Develop innovative account-specific retail strategies for selling TrackR both online and in retail.
Work within TrackR retail and marketing teams to identify and maximize revenue opportunities with retailer account base.
Analyzes customer and retailer data to understand keys to messaging to increase customer attraction and retention.
Develop account specific point of purchase material.
Negotiate third-party partnerships and execution of custom programs.
Contribute to strategic account plans, focusing on marketing / sales initiatives vs. the competition by account.
Identify tools / platforms & new technologies to innovate and reach the consumer at retail for brick & mortar and online.
Coordinate with the digital team to leverage online promotional opportunities, social media and mobile platform to benefit our retail strategies.
Manage promotional calendars and track performance of retail promotions.
Provide ideation of creative concepts and build key sales presentations for key retail accounts and internal Senior Management team.
Liaise with Creative Services for requesting printed and digital assets.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field
7+ years of marketing experience
Ability to work in a fast-paced, startup environment
