Senior Customer Success Representative at TrackR

Join the TrackR team as Customer Success Team Member. You will be in charge of all communication with TrackR customers through Zendesk, Zopim chat and other direct communication lines. You will be in charge of making sure every customer has a fantastic experience with the TrackR brand. While working as a Customer Success Team Member you will interact with multiple teams including directly communicating with the CEO. The position serves as an excellent launching point for a career within TrackR ranging from sales to marketing or operations.
Must be a team player
Must have excellent communication skills and leadership skills
Must be willing to work in Downtown Santa Barbara Office
Must be extremely well organized and dependable
It is preferred that the candidate have 1-2 years of prior experience
