Strategic Account Manager at Mixmax

At Mixmax, our mission is to do the impossible with email: to make it as rich, interactive, and developer-friendly as the web. We’re looking for a Strategic Account Manager to ensure our customers are successful.

We’d prefer someone who can work in SF, but will consider remote work for exceptional candidates.


Ensure that new enterprise customers seamlessly transition to using Mixmax as their primary communication platform. Understand customers’ communication and reporting objectives and provide tailored training presentations and resources so everyone (from sales reps to the C-suite) gets the most out of Mixmax.
Develop strong client relationships and become a trusted expert on email communication optimization.
Provide regular reporting of account health for both key accounts and small teams.
Collaborate daily with Technical Customer Success and Engineering teams to troubleshoot bugs and unblock customers.
Maintain high renewal rates and expansions through consultative selling. Track these opportunities through our CRM (we use Salesforce).
Relay product feedback and feature requests to the Product team, providing context and a clear understanding of customers’ objectives.
Bring an infectious sense of enthusiasm and energy to all client interactions.
What are you looking for in a team member?

Your years of experience are less important than your ability to learn fast and your drive to get things done. You could have worked at a major consulting firm or investment bank in the past two years — you take pride in creating a stellar spreadsheet.
