Responsibilities

Work closely with the executive team to create and implement processes and policies
Manage a supply chain of 100+ operations specialists, multiple warehouses and a fleet of vehicles
Oversee day-to-day operations: inbound/outbound, inventory control, dispatch, quality control, shift management, processes implementation, etc.
Collaborate cross-functionally with the Customer Experience, Product and Engineering teams to deliver 5-star service
Drive continuous improvement across the entire supply chain with data-driven decision-making in partnership with the Finance and Business Intelligence teams

Experience

Bachelor of Science from a top university (MBA preferred)
3+ years of management consulting and/or investment banking experience
2+ years of management experience
2+ years of operating experience in either a 3PL, warehouse, logistics company or startup
Passion for continuous process improvement (Kaizen)
