What you’ll be doing:

Source, hire, train and manage an operations team
Oversee Clutter’s inbound and outbound operations
Implement Clutter’s national processes and policies to deliver 5-star service
Work with product and engineering to improve proprietary logistics technology
Analyze labor and logistics data to increase efficiency

Here are the kinds of skills we’re looking for:

Bachelor’s degree from a top university (MBA or graduate degree preferred)
3+ years of management experience
