The Role

We are looking for an articulate and highly quantitative analyst to inform day-to-day strategy across multiple departments. You will work closely with the Marketing, Product, Sales and Operations teams, as well as members of the executive team. The Business Analyst role requires strong analytical and quantitative skills as well as a desire to solve problems wherever the numbers take them.

Here’s what you’ll do:

Analysis. Expertise collecting, analyzing and managing quantitative data and creating meaningful reports to drive business improvement and cost reductions.
Innovation. Highly analytical, detail oriented and strong business sense; proven ability to develop new ideas, creative solutions and demonstrated experience implementing such mechanisms to result.
Focus. Context-switching fuels you. Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize workload and achieve effective results in a fast-paced, dynamic and ever-growing environment; effective multi-tasking skills are vital.

What we’re looking for:

Knowledge. Bachelor’s degree.
Experience. 1-3 years of experience in analytical role.
Skills. Strong Excel & SQL skills. Knowledge of Marketing attribution modeling and SEM basics a plus.
Personality. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Next-level attention to detail. Low ego and entrepreneurial spirit.
