VP of Customer Success at TrackR

TrackR is hiring a VP of Customer Success. Your responsibilities include leading and organizing the customer service team at TrackR, creating and optimizing the customer service technology, working with other departments to implement new systems to better serve our customers, and working as a member of the executive team to make sure TrackR customers have the best experience within the industry

-Must have previously had a director level or higher position for a customer service team

-Must have previous leadership experience

-Must be technical and able to design new customer support systems

-Must understand common customer support technologies like Zendesk

-It is preferred if the candidate has experience managing a team beyond 30 people
