As an Account Executive you’ll be on the frontline selling Reonomy’s SaaS platform to Commercial Real Estate (CRE) firms. You will be identifying and understanding prospective customer needs and tailoring a consultative approach to communicating the value Reonomy can bring to a potential CRE professional’s day to day workflow. Your ability to drive and close will see you hit the ground running when it comes to bringing in well known CRE logos. Overtime you will successfully grow the value and coverage of these accounts.
As an Account Executive you will be responsible for:

Leading consultative product presentations to prospective small, mid-size, and enterprise CRE clients
Identifying how Reonomy’s platform can add value by developing strong needs analysis for a set of defined targeted accounts
Closing sales leads and developing strong client relationships, from C-Level down an organization
Collaborating effectively with Marketing, Business Development and Client Success to optimize account coverage and expansion
Meeting and exceeding quarterly and annual sales quotas
Driving a mix of both inside and outside sales when necessary. You’ll also drive sales via attending Industry Events, Networking Events plus leveraging existing relationships
Partnering closely with Reonomy’s Executive Team to launch new markets and initiatives

People have told you you’re a SaaS Sales Athlete. But you don’t need them to tell you this because your impressive track record of closing consultative C-Level deals has seen you always ranked high on the sales leaderboard! If we’re being honest, not being near the top frustrates you. Your infectious personality sees you liked by all and you’re able to command presence when you walk into a room. You’re passionate about the future of data, SaaS and are genuinely excited to do whatever it takes to help build a company looking to change an industry!
Possessing the following will help you to be successful in this role:

2 - 5 years’ experience selling SaaS to large and medium sized businesses within a fast growing tech environment
Consistent top performer with proven success as well as a competitive hunter mentality
Comfortable selling inside and outside
High activity closer that thrives on fast paced sales engagements
Proficiency with various sales tools (Salesforce, Email Tracking, etc.)
4 year University degree
Experience selling SaaS into CRE advantageous but not essential
Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a "get it done" attitude
