As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities for the sales team. Through cold calling, cold emailing and other multi-pronged sales approaches you will identify and qualify new sales leads within the CRE landscape. Targeting our defined user groups you will be the first point of contact introducing our CRE data and analytics product to potential new users.

As a Business Development Representative you will be responsible for:

Prospecting, cold calling/emailing and qualifying a defined and targeted group of potential users for our platform
Creating qualified new business opportunities from cold prospects
Scheduling web and in-person product demonstrations
Seamlessly handing over qualified sales leads to closers
Maintaining an updated and well organized CRM system
Meeting and exceeding all monthly, quarterly and annual sales activity, metrics and targets

Possessing the following will help you to be successful in this role:

0 - 1 year experience cold calling and new business hunting (Experience selling a tech product is a plus but not essential)
